Chapter 1:Luke and Jake

Luke and Jake was preparing for the directors meeting.Luke wasn't so sure of the discussions at the meeting.Then his partner,Jake Fulbrigh,started to discuss about the company.Jake was very angry with luke, because he wanted to build an office block and luke wanted to build a children's home.Jake took out a cigarette and lit it.Jake and Luke were old friends.Then the phone on Luke's desk rang.It was his wife.They spoke for few minutes.But Luke was uncomfortable because Jake had a strange voice and a look in his eyes when he spoke about Megan.Luke didn't know Jake was in love with Megan. Then Jake picked up his cigarettes and walked out of the room.
